Overview
StudyGoose is a certification study app. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use StudyGoose.
StudyGoose may store study progress, saved questions, missed questions, scores, and practice activity locally on your device.
Information we collect or process
- Study activity: selected certifications, practice progress, saved questions, missed questions, scores, and related study activity.
- Subscription information: StudyGoose uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and premium access. RevenueCat may process app user identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, and related transaction information.
- App Store payments: Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. StudyGoose does not directly collect or store full payment card information.
- Support communications: If you contact support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include.
How information is used
- To provide study features, progress tracking, review tools, and saved-question functionality.
- To verify premium subscription access and restore purchases.
- To respond to support requests and improve the app experience.
- To troubleshoot bugs, subscription access issues, and app performance issues.
Third-party services
- Apple App Store: used for app distribution and in-app subscription purchases.
- RevenueCat: used to manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and determine premium entitlement status.
Data retention and choices
Study progress stored locally remains on your device unless you delete the app or clear app data. Subscription records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to provide purchases, restore access, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
- You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.
- You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Children's privacy
StudyGoose is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
